The UFC Life with Julija Stoliarenko - Ultimate Fighting Championship

We were thrilled to sit down with Julija Stoliarenko to chat about life as a big time fighter! She is first female UFC fighter both born and trained in Lithuania and she fights in the bantamweight division of the UFC. Julija is also an ILFJ Lethwei World champ as well as an IBJJF purple belts European champ. She joined us from her home in Lithuania and we loved hearing about her mental and physical preparation for fights, what it’s like the week after a bout, and where she hopes the state of MMA/UFC fighting continues in her country.
